Description:
Sherlock looks great. I jst tried to sue it for the first time and I got the prompt "Unable to open your web browser ans unexpected error occured. I tried Apple help and it does nor recognise Sherlock?

I use AOL and my ISP and had both AOL and Netscape Navigator open when I tried to use Sherlock.

Any ideas?

Hi John. Welcome to No Wonder!

In order to have Sherlock regonize your web browser you must have selected it in the Internet Control Panel. Open the Internet control panel and click on the "Web" tab. At the bottom of the window will be a pop-up menu for "Default Web Browser." From the pop-up menu choose "Select..." and choose your web browser application from the open dialog box.
