Description:
Several days ago I queried about Sherlock freezing and requesting more memory with only a couple of resources open. Have had no response from your service as yet. Everybody on vacation?

Hello Al,
Welcome to No Wonder.
I am sorry that we took so long to respond to you. What you will need to do is close sherlock then go into your system folder and find Sherlock. Then control click the application icon and select get info. From the pull down menu in the get info panel select memory. Then bump up the number in the recommended size. Once this is done close the window and reopen sherlock and it should run great.
