TICKET ARCHIVE -> Sherlock

I have osx and cant get sherlock to load.
I read some other posts but I am not sure how to get to the "home" file.
Please help.
I am so mac illiterate. LOL

Hi Jamie

Try deleting the Sherloack preference file - 'com.apple.Sherlock.plist'

user/library/preferences

Ok, I did that now I can't see any of my sherlock channels.
Would you be able to tell me how to get those back?
