Description:
I recently started using the Shutdown Items Folder to do a backup when shutting down.Unfortunately, the back up program, Retrospect 4.0, get called up when I do a Restart. I can bypass the back up program, but it is an annoyance. Can I do anything about this? Is this a glitch or is it SOP?

Thank you,
Patrick

Hello Patrick, this is Jeremy at No Wonder. Instead of putting Retrospect in the shutdown folder you can write a script within Retrospect to backup at shutdown or any exact time that you choose. It is actually a very simple thing to do, and the Retrospect manual does a good job of walking you through the procedure.

Let me know if you have further questions on how to do this. jeremys@nowonder.com
