TICKET ARCHIVE -> Silverkeeper not seeing hard drive

I have an IDE hard drive connected via firewire - I can copy and paste with it fine using the Finder. But when I want to back up to it with Silverkeeper or Retrospect I get errors. Silverkeeper says:
"Destination volume is not available. Please mount this volume or select a new one." Yet I can verify it 100% in Disk Utility. Retrospect has log errors. ??? I'm really only concerned with Silverkeeper.

Never mind - its fixed. Just some setting in Silverkeeper. I'll have to review Retrospect later. Sorry about that.
