TICKET ARCHIVE -> .sitx file - cant open

Hello, I am trying to download windows media player for OSX and I have the file, but it is a .sitx file and from what I have read I should be using the stuffit expander to open it. I tried doing this, but then it says that the file doesn't appear to be compressed. But there is no other program that I know of that can open a sitx file. HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi Maria

What version of stuffit do you have?

I have downloaded the windows media installer from this location and it de-compresses fine-

This file should open fine in Stuffit Expander V8,9 or 10.
