Hi

I have had a problem for a while now with downloading software for my mac. Basically I cant seem to download any software at all. I have tried to download the most recent version of Firefox to update from my version 1.0 and I cant. Trying to download some Java software didnt work. My Limewire program wont start up either. I'd be extremely grateful if anyone has any advice as to how I might resolve this.

Many thanks

Alastair

I'm not an expert on this - most likely.
But I do know you haven't given us enough information to help us troubleshoot with.
Please tell us:
1) How are you connected to the internet? Some detail, please, like "ADSL through modem and router and ethernet connection."
2) What browser or other download program are you using? Can you connect to all types of web site?
3) What actually happens when you try to download - do you get a file but can't open it, or the browser quits, or something else?

Thank you.
