Description:
I’m having trouble with a program call Retrospect Express by dantz. After I turn on the computer (after I loaded the program), I get an empty folder and if I try to click on anything else nothing happens. It does not freeze up the computer but it will not let me do anything else. With conflict catcher I was able to determine that it was the extension from the Retrospect express software.

dantz has issued a driver update. you might try researching their site at

otherwise, conflict catcher did its job. you might try reordering when the retrospect extension loads. try having it load after some of the larger apple extensions like all of those quicktime extensions.
