Description:
HI. I have two programs that are both having memory related issues.

If I open stickies of all things with several other programs open and try to quit it from the menubar it often locks up my whole computer-even on OS 8.1. I have a fair number of stickies windows and have cranked the memeroy allocation.

Also, I have never been able to get any version of Internet Phone to work on my powerbook. 3.1 would auoto-quit the second after it launched- not even writing a pref file. 3.5, the newest, will launch fine but the minute I attempt to dial a person, it will ring several times and auto quit. This program is an instant buy as I live in Japan- IF I can get the bloody thing to work.

have you tried turning off RAMDoubler and then trying stickies? Does it ONLY Happen when you have a ton of other App's open? Just how high is the RAM partition on stickies?

what type of modem card are you using? Have you tried another manufacturers modem card to cross reference?
