TICKET ARCHIVE -> Still Can't Log On Apple Emac

Hello Bob,

I am still having trouble trying to solve my apple emac. I try to put the OS disk of restore 1 CD and restore 2 CD to try and get through, but the password box still comes up and can't log on. I have try everything. I am new to this apple Emacs. What shall i do now?

have you tried the Mac OS X install disc? I believe if you boot off the CD you can change the admin password

I have boot off the restore Cd and it works and i have change the password for administrator.

Thank you for helping me out.

I have eircom broadband and cant use it on apple emac. What kind of Internet connect can i get or use? Where will i get it?

virtually all broadband internet connections should work with eMac. You will probably have to ask your Internet Service Provider for setting up a Macintosh to connect to the internet
