TICKET ARCHIVE -> Stylus 740/Chooser

Description:
For some reason my Chooser had been switched around so I had to go back in and rechoose my printer, the Stylus 740. When I had gone to do this, the printer was still there...but when I clicked on it, I could not choose which port I wanted to use..which is an USB port, because I have an iMac. I have checked both USB ports by plugging the keyboard into both, I've shut off AppleTalk, turned AppleTalk on, turned it back off, I've reinstalled the driver numerous times. I've tried everything, and you guys are my last hope. I've been using the iMac/Stylus 740 combo since October 1 without a hiccup and now this. Thanks for your help.

Hi welcome to Nowonder
Will give you a couple of things to try. Go into your Apple Talk and change the port from printer to remote only. Then go into your Chooser select printer and restart.
If that dont work then download the lastest driver leave sit on desktop. Then go in and completely remove the old software (all of it). Then reinstall the downloaded software.
