I have a mac 9.1.1 internet explorer 5
a subscription monitor window keeps popping up and crashing my machine. I cannot stop it in preferences and I cannot find it anywhere to throw out .what to do? no sites are marked as suscribed to

What is the pop for, program ?
Boot the machine while pressing the Shift (to disable extension) then search your HD (Sherlock) for files that have been modified lately (by date) or match the name the pop-up window shows
