TICKET ARCHIVE -> Synchronizing Address Book to PDA

How can I sync my address book to my PDA running w 2003?
I've tried Missing sync wiht no success.

well, in order for me, or someone else to troubleshoot your question, we are going to need to know more about this PDA. Here is what I need:

-Brand (e.g; Palm)
-Model (e.g; Treo 650)
-If it's a smartphone, the wireless carrier. (e.g; Verizon, Cingular)

The brand is ASUS

Hi!

I use a Palm myself but i'll try to help you out if I can.

You did not state your Mac's specs so I cannot say if they are supported. You can see the specific requirements here:

Also, make sure you're using The Missing Sync for Windows Mobile (latest version is 2.0) as this is the one that supports your Asus MyPal A716.

If you meet the required specs & are using the correct version, you shld be able to sync with Address Book & iCal. Let me know if the problem remains & we'll see what we can do then.
