TICKET ARCHIVE -> System Fonts

MS Word and Excel will not open. I spent a long time with a Microsoft rep on the phone and in the end he suggested that I may have a corrupted system font file. How can I restore or replace the system fonts on OS X?

Hi ya wayne,
get your osx disk (i think the fonts are on disk 3)
delete the font book on al hard drives and reinstall it :-)
