DESCRIPTION:

While I am using a program called Iphone and am talking to a party, my system freezes up. Iphone is a video/audio program. It doesn't seem to matter what time of the day, ie. high or low traffic periods. I am thinking it might be a video memory problem. I have a Pentium 300 with a 12 gig HD, 64 megs of ram and 4 megs of video memory on board now. Any suggestions or thoughts??

Hi Ed...Welcome to No Wonder!

This may be a video driver issue where the program Iphone is not 100% compatible with your video card. There are a couple of potential options if this is the case. Check out the web sites for Iphone for a list of known problems and fixes and your video card manufacturer's site to see if there is a updated driver for your video card.
