how can I get the mirror image on my mac g4

So I just tried this - and it worked in Mac OS 10.4 -
1. Get the text you need written in a Word Document
2. Highlight allthe text and copy it.
3. Open a new blank word document and select "paste special" and then paste as a picture
You now have a picture of your text in the second word document.
4. Select the picture of your text and copy it (to the clipboard).
5. Open Apple's Preview application.
6. Select File menu "New from clipboard" - this will paste your image into a newly created preview file.
7. In preview, under the tools menu - select Flip Horizontal.
8. You now have all of the original file in Preview backwards.
You can now print (or if you like, save the file and then print) your transfer.
