I recently had to reinstall my MAC OSX software to fix other issues, which are now ok.
I now have an issue loading "Toast Lite 6" (DVD, CD burner) the icon just jumpes a few times in the dock and that's it?
Prior to me reinstalling OSX it worked fine?
I have tried using disk utility, MAC software disc etc... but still have the issue?
Any assistance regarding this would be great...
Thanks
Try this - go to your user folder, and open your Library. Find any files that may be connected to your Toast software, such as com.roxio.toast.plist
or
Roxio Toast prefs
I have both of those files, and you may have others - look especially for the word 'Roxio'
Put any that you find in the trash.
Restart your Mac - probably not necessary, but I usually do when troubleshooting applications that are not working properly.
Then, try your Toast lite.
If you are not successful and Toast still crashes, then you should create a new user (from your System Preferences/Accounts), then logout, and log back in as that new user, then try your Toast.
Let me know if that is successful.
