Hi,
I'd like to transfer all my Apple Mail info to Entourage, but I opened up Entourage some time ago so there's already a few pieces of info in there -- enough to not give me the fresh, 'get all the data from your old email program' option.
how can I get back to that option? I haven't even been able to isolate where they keep Entourage user data in OSX. can you help?
thanks!!!
paul

If you open Address Book, then select all your contacts in the contact list, the select the Export option in the File menu. A file dialog will appear so you can choose a location for the file. AB will then export a vCard file containing vCards of all your contacts. You can import the vCards into Entourage.

hey Steven, thanks. but my problem is how to get my email into entourage. I uninstalled and reinstalled Office, cleaning out everything, but when I get to the fresh import-from-Apple Mail section, I import my mail but my Inbox doesn't show up... my other mail boxes do, but none of my "in" mail (and none of my "sent" mail either).
help!
thanks...

I am completely stupid, aren't I? You did indeed say "mail." Don't know where my mind was.
From the Entourage program be sure you are in the Mail function, then select Import from the File menu. The import dialog should appear. You want to use Import from a Program. Then select Apple Mail from the list that appears.
That should do the trick.
