I have recently bought a MacBook. I know nothing about Mac OS X, I bought this because of my interest in MacBook. Give me the basic details about Mac OS X and also how to uninstall any software.

Welcome to the world of Mac!
If you have been a Windows user, here's a good place to start:

Also, here:

And - there's a lot of good info here:

A short answer to your question about uninstalling:
Most apps on your Mac are completely contained in the app itself, which is a special type of folder called a package. Most do not need an uninstaller, and can be removed by simply dragging the app to the trash, and then empty the trash. There will probably be a few small files left, which are settings files. Those will not affect other apps.
OS X does not have a registry, as Windows does, so complicated uninstall procedures are normally not necessary.
There are a few exceptions to that, of course. For example, both Microsoft and Adobe apps can scatter some files around OS X, and those may be best removed with the uninstaller that both come with. Those are exceptions, I'm glad to say.

If you can be more specific with your questions, maybe I can provide some help....
