Description:
Using Quicken Deluxe 98, OS 8.1, PowerMac G3 Trying to add new Account: select "Portfolio" and type account name and description. Get error message "Unmapped Memory Exception". Have increased memory allocation to 5200K. Have reinstalled Quicken 98. Same message.

P.S. Tried to contact Intuit but only options seem to cost $19.95. No free support for their products?

Dear Barry,
have you tried to delete the preferences file for Quicken, rebuilding the desktop and deleting the FINDER preferences?
Those are the next couple of steps I would take.
