I just recently downloaded Internet Explorer and AOL AIM. I am running OSX Tiger. My question is: when I open I.E. or AIM all of the fonts are completely different from the setting which is set at Arial. The font that is on those screens makes everything too hard to read. When I go to system preferences for each program everything sems to be fine. Can anyone help me with this?

Thanx!

Different in what way? Bigger, smaller, different font?

In Web browsers, there's usually a preference to override page fonts and use the ones you prefer. In Internet Explorer preferences, under Web Content, the checkbox is Page Specify Fonts. Not sure about AIM.

However, I must ask why you're regularly using IE and AIM, instead of Safari or Firefox and iChat or Adium.
