TICKET ARCHIVE -> using comcast, they say I need to upgrad

using comcast, when I go to my home page, I get a notice that I need to update my browser. They have a link for the safari browser. When I go to it, the min reguirements are 10.4. I have osx 10.3.9. any suggestions

Thanks for using macosx.com and I will try to advise you as best I can.
I don't know if or what other browsers they might support but good bets are up that at least Firefox is supported (www.getfirefox.com) (and following on from that if Firefox is supported then most likely Camino will be)
Although perhaps not so well known to so many yet the browser that you will find everywhere from PCs to wristwatches (well maybe not watches... but you get the idea) is Opera.
Alternatively you could consider moving up from Panther to Tiger... but to be honest you would probably need to add some RAM - then again right now RAM is very cheap.
