I recently purchased the orangeware wireless driver for my powerbook. It works great on my home network, but my main use for it will be at school. The problem is that at school, I have to use Internet Connect to connect to their wireless access points, and Internet Connect does not recognize my wireless card as wireless, so I cannot set up the connection. Do you know how I can get around this?

Have you tried going into your system preferences, network and looking to see if the system sees the card there? If so you should be able to change settings there to allow connection.

There is no problem with my card. It works fine at home. The problem is that the wireless access at the university has special security that can only be connected to using Internet Connect. The system sees the card in network preferences, and the Orangeware software makes it work with my wireless router at home, but when I am in Internet Connect and I select my wireless card, it does not recognize it as wireless because it is not Airport.
