Is there a limitation with the Mac OS X which can't properly deal with a disk volume greater than 1 terabyte?

I have two clients running 10.3.9 and they can connect to the volume, create folders and even create new files. However they cannont copy files to the W2K3 volume as it shows no available free space. Nor can they re-save a file they create on the volume after making modifications.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Both Mac clients have express read, write, modify, etc. permissions on the folder share located on the w2k3 server. The w2k3 server is running service pack 1 along with Services for Macintosh and is actually a virtual server installed on a VMWare ESX box.

The interesting thing is that the Mac clients can save files to a different server not on service pack 1 nor is it running Services for Macintosh.

What else can I tell you?
