How do I import a .wab address file from my desktop into my Mac OS X ver 10.3.9

Joseph, welcome to macosx.com
There is a script called "Import Addresses.scpt" at
/Library/Scripts/Mail Scripts/
that imports addresses from various applications, including Outlook Express.

To view all the available scripts, you must enable the Script menu, which will appear in the Tool bar in the upper part of the screen
To enable it, launch Applescript Utility in Applications/Applescript and select the select box "display the script menu in the tool bar"

Cannot find Applications>Applescript>Applescript Utility. What I have is;
Applications>Applescript>Example Scripts
>Folder Actions Setup
>Install Script Menu
>Script Editor
Under Applications>Utilities I have nothing either.
I have also looked in 'The Missing manual' Panther Edition and the index does not list what you called it.

Well, perhaps the AppleScript is not at the same place in Tiger that in Panther
Just launch a search (File/Search) and look for the files
? Applications/Utilities?
When you installed panther, do you made a full install or what ?
