My parents and I both have mac osxs, and just bought logitech web cams. However, the only software that I know of to utilize the cams are yahoo messenger, and there is no sound when we are communicating. Can you give me some advice on free sites that we can both activate our cameras?
Thanks
Jennifer

Hi! Here are your advices! Search on versiontracker.com for these programs:
1)Mercury messenger ( an Msn based chet client, and it works with webcams.)
2)aMsn (another Msn based chat client, maybe it has more features than Mercury)
3)iSpQ VideoChat X 7.2.1
4)UVC 3.7
the first 2 may not have sound, but it will implemented in future versions.
Let me know if this helped. Bye!!

Oh Jeez I forgot what I use to enjoy my Logitech Webcam.... iChatUSBcam! It enables usb equipped webcams to work with iChat, that works only with Firewire Cameras (like iSight). It's not freeware, but if you use iChat it's a must-have.
Bye!!
