I'm sorry I have to respond with this kind of explaination, but your question has gone unanswered for much more than NoWonder advertises. No one from our Mac Support Team could find an answer to your problem, hence we are very sorry that we cannot provide you with the answer you were looking for. Let me suggest contacting Microsoft since they are trained in cross-platform compatibilty.
