Whenever I play music in iTunes, it keeps skipping, or stuttering in the music. I can't figure out why. I'm not doing anything taxing, just web browsing, playing iTunes, and chatting on Adium. I've tried everything from restarting iTunes to shutting off my powerbook and turning it back on again. Any suggestions?

I agree 100% with knight885. I was exclusively a Yahoo mail user for 5+ years, but as soon as gmail came out I realized all of Yahoo's shortcomings because gmail has done everything so much better - I find myself getting irritated now with any email system (including my Outlook-based work email) that doesn't group messages in threads! The Yahoo Beta Mail is trying to...

I use Adium, and I've recently dumped Yahoo Mail in favour of Google Mail, because the latter is faster, has more features and isn't riddled with bugs. Yahoo also have a habit of kicking FireFox users off the new Yahoo Mail for seemingly random reasons, I can't really be bothered with Yahoo at all.

iChat is essentially AIM, just a much better client, the network is fine. I don't think the Mac version of messenger supports video though, its a pretty weak client. For text only chat I use Adium, which runs almost every network, but can't do video yet. I think skype now supports video on Mac as well. That should work with your iSight.

That's not normal. I can send and receive MSN messages with both the newest MSN version for Mac from Microsoft as well as Adium. Might be kind of a network or account problem?
