Tiger first impressions

Well, got my Tiger Saturday, and I think the Fur Of The Tiger is quite smooth and elegant, the Tiger hasn't come to yell at me or kill me. It's quite tame... I'm really impressed with it. I like Spotlight, Automator, the Smart Folders, the new Burn Folders, everything is really nicely done. Also it looks faster to me. All in one I'm very satisfied with Tiger.

Automater...can we make our own actions?

I want to take certain mail, when it comes in, have it saved as a PDF and placed in a folder of my choice on my hard drive. IS there a way to create an action for these steps and have it run automatically when mail for a certain account comes in? How do I create an action?

Password Protect Emails?

or logging in to different sites...ideally, I'd put them all in a folder and then either somehow password protect that folder or either run the foldering through Automator and add a password to them. Any ideas? ...
