I generally save my scripts-in-development in my home folder. Once I know they are running as expected, then I move them to a more logical place. I personally like the idea of /usr/local/sbin for my stuff. Others may provide guidance on this as well... There have been many debates as to which text editor is the bestest of all time, bow in it's general direction, it roolz...

BBEdit Lite. It's so good that I stick with it instead of using its successor, TextWrangler. BBEdit Lite is just so much faster and simpler. I will use it until it no longer runs. ...

The one I _really_ can't live without is LaunchBar. Not free (although there are free alternatives, I _really_ prefer the original here...), though. Looking at my Dock... - Safari - Mail.app - Terminal.app - Fetch - iTunes - VLC - TVBrowser - BBEdit

Ok I use Dreamweaver MX 2004 on my 350 mhz G3 w/896mb RAM running 10.2.8 Awesome features but it is so slow! Is there a better one with possibly the same features for my OS version?? BBEdit 8.x only works on 10.4. Also, which ones have inline syntax checking?? A tall order I know but please be so kind as to enlighten me!
