Oh, and for CSS creation, there's no better program ANYWHERE than CSSEdit (Mac Only). It's insanely good at what it does, unlike HTML programs where each is roughly equal, and none is perfect just yet (Tag would be close, but it annoys me occasionally and I just keep going back to SubEthaEdit)

But it's not impossible. Personally, I find OS X applications like CSSEdit by MacRabbit completely indispensable, and thoroughly dislike doing webdesign work on other platforms. ...

It's worth noting to the hover subclass that IE (Win and Mac) doesn't always like it. It's fine with some though (anchor is the obvious one). I strongly suggest you all get CSSEdit from MacRabbit - the single most indispensable CSS editor you'll ever use. Ever.
