DiskWarrior 2 is for OS 9 only. If you formated the second drive with OS X, it will not be recognized in OS 9. to correct this, use the OS 9 CD and go to Utilities>Drive setup. Select the second drive and ! don't format it! go to the menu to update drivers. After a restart in OS 9, you should 'see' the drive.
