I want to be able to create documents with mathematical formulas in them. If I bought Pages, could I create my formula in Grapher, then paste it into Pages? I suspect there's _actually_ something wrong with the Illustrator file (and not your Illustrator installation). You might try to place the EPS or AI file (what is it, actually?) into an InDesign document, create a PDF of it and open that PDF with Illustrator in order to resurrect some of your work (albeit with a lot of strange paths that get added by creating the PDF), but I...

The message is absolutely correct, your R 200 Photo is most definitely not a postscript printer. Unless you are working with an EPS image or file I am not sure why Elements would even give that warning. In any case, that does not mean you should expect bad color rendition. ...
