They all live in the appropriate area on our server, and they are all labeled just as they were when purchased (i.e. LD100924_34.jpg). Try downloading and ruuning the lookup error code funciton of Mac HelpMate. Perhaps that will give you some insight into why this is happening. Probably something due launchservices being screwed up. Mac HelpMate can assist you with resetting the launchservices database as well.

In Quark you can choose: File >> save as EPS Then you can open these files in for example Photoshop and from here save them as jpeg's. good luck! yarabe

Is your placed graphic at 100% in quark? Make sure you have no placed raster images in the eps file (make sure it's all vector). Placed-placed graphics always seem to throw Quark off track. Realize too that since your doc width is 8.5 you're going to need to print it on a larger sized paper (crops with bleed) in order to have any graphics that go all the way to the edge...
