99% of the time I prefer Address Book and iCal. But it appears as if the address book in the palm desktop could print out envelopes. So, I went there and discovered that none of my addresses are in the Palm desktop. Is there a simple way to get the Address book entries dumped into the Palm Desktop? Thanks,

That's iCal. You'll find it in your applications folder. When it's running, the dock icon reflects the current date. Chris

You need to install the Palm Desktop software. Once you get the software configured, and talking to your Palm, you then need to setup the Conduits from Palm Desktop to work with iSync. iSync will then use Palms HotSync manager to get the data from the Palm device, and sends it to iCal/Address Book/etc. See the bottom of http://www.apple.com/isync/tipsandtricks.html for info on...

You would think that would be the case, but iSynch tells you to use HotSynch manager, which doesn't recognize iCal

I love the strides Apple has taken with the finder. The as-you-type searching has completely changed the way I work, especially since the search results come right inline in the finder window, and you end up goign back to your last window, just by clearing the search field. My question for everyone is this. Apple was pretty clear in 2000 about their intentions on a few things....
