Ichat 4 Not Working

Hello,i have a iamc G5 and since a couple weeks,i don't know why,my buit in camera is not working anymore,on any application i open,like skype or ichat or any other i always have a message saying "camera already in use by another application,try quit applications...etc... ...

I have a Macbook I installed OS X 10.5.3 update through DMG file. Since the update the iSight camera has stopped working. The camera does not power on (green light missing). Though the system profiler does show it under USB. It is not working with Photo booth, iChat & Yahoo Msngr. What could be the problem. Also how do I downgrade the update. Gaurav
