iChat

Well, my daughter is able to video with others, but only those who have a .Mac account. She's unable to videochat with my son and me. My son uses a camcorder and an AIM screen name...

Hm. Are you sure you're not logged into the account at the same time from another computer? Although: I haven't seen that doing what you describe... What do you mean by "all your other messenger programs are working fine in iChat"? Do you mean another account?

Dear Sir/Ms, I am unable to hear any alert sounds on my mac. sounds such as deleting file in the trash, or while using ichat (logging in/out, video invitation). However, i am able to hear the alert sounds of msn messenger, entourage, and skype.
