iLife

When you purchase iLife 05, the package comes with both an install CD + DVD? Is there a difference in content on both the formats? What does the dvd disc have that the cd doesn't? Or do they just have exactly the same content? Thanks in advance. C

Is it just me, or is anyone else a little dismayed with Apple for not including a more recent version of the iLife applications, except for iTunes in its Tiger upgrade? ...

can I use my iLife '05 DVD that came with my Mac mini to install iLife? ...

Simple question. I think I may do a clean install of tiger after all once .1 comes out. But then I'll lose iLife, wont I? Any way to fix that? And unrelated: why does everybody keep saying to clone your hd on a backup hd. Not everybody has one just lying around.

A couple of months ago I got my New G5 (love it). And was playing around with iPhoto, iTunes, iMovie and iDVD. Showed this to a friend, who is strictly peecee. Totally impressed him. iLife won't run on a peecee, so do any of you know something close for a peecee head without breaking the bank or creating a huge learning curve. Thanks

installed with Panther. Today i recieved the Tiger Upgrade DVD. i'm planning on doing a clean install, but i'm a bit concerned if my iLife suite which came with the machine will be lost during the process. do i have to extract theese from my Panther Install discs afterward again? ...
