What version of iPhoto do you use? iPhoto '08 allows you to choose which photos you want to download and whether or not you want to keep or delete them from your camera. Prior to this I too used Image Capture because it allowed my to pick and choose which shots to download when I hadn't erased the memory card and didn't want to keep on downloading/deleting the same old...

To all iPhone (and iTouch, iPod) 1.1.4 or 1.2 (2.0) users: I've seen several POSTS around several forums asking how to take the photos off the iPhone. You can sync your photos to the iPhone but putting them on your Mac via iTunes doesn't seem possible! Here are my personal choices below: Mac Options: My first choice is "Image Capture.app" in the applications folder....

I had a similar problem with my Sony DSC-T1. Sony had a firmware upgrade that solved it. If that doesn't work. Check the application "Image Capture". You normally won't know it's there or loaded. You should also be aware that iPhoto does not sense the camera directly. There is an intermediate application called Image Capture. Open this and check the preferences are set to open iPhoto and also that Image Capture recognises the camera. ...

Hi, My photoshop all of a sudden refuses to open. It just one day happened. It is photoshop CS running on a Mac OS X version 10.4.11 mac mini.
