Image Capture

like i am used to. does anyone know what is going on here, or more importantly how can i make the screen capture command an image capture? ...

Hi, My photoshop all of a sudden refuses to open. It just one day happened. It is photoshop CS running on a Mac OS X version 10.4.11 mac mini. I have more than enough space for the program, and have tried deleting all the preference and plist files for the program and tried re-installing it but it still won't open. I don't get it?? it seems to always quit right after it says...

I just tested this myself using Tinker Tool and Image Capture and didn't experience the invisible file duplication ... I had the Embed Colour Profile ticked too ... ...

Seems going into Image Capture options and turning off 'Embed Color Profile' stops the creation of the invisible image. I wonder why it was so large in the first place? ...

With Picasa2 now running on my Darwine-supported Mac, I need to know how coax OSX to open Picasa2, rather than iPhoto, when I connect my digital camera to it. I have tried RCDefaultApps (not Image Capture as I wrongly said before) but it - like all dratted Finder-driven utilities - can't seem to recognise .EXE files as potentially launchable applications and won't accept...

It's in /Library/Image Capture/TWAIN Data Sources/ Just delete the oldest Epson one.
