use PowerPoint so that those in a group that don't have a mac can get the slides in a format they are used to. My problem is that the Apple remote only works for Keynote but doesn't work for PowerPoint does anyone know how to overcome this? ...

Wow thanks for the keynote reference, I tried it before but it was unfamiliar and I didn't know how to use it, but now that I spent a little more time with it I found that it is exactly what I want, thanks.

I use The Print Shop for Mac 2 and like it. However, I don't think that this is what you want. You will be better served with Pages, which like Keynote, is part of the iWork suite.

Keynote (from iWork) will do that. I like PrintShop, and GraphicConverter should do that, too. That's three that I have, but most any photo editing software should provide for a way to make a collage like that.

OK. Thanks. What about Keynote? Will that work? And will people be able to read the presentation in a YouTube video at the normal size of a YouTube video (not when it's full screen because many people won't make it full screen)?

Didn't the prices drop after the Keynote? I believe the 40GB AppleTV was $299 before, now it's $229. Likewise for the larger AppleTV as well.
