Any one hoing to MWSF know if they are going to stream the keynote in an adjacent hall. They did something similiar in New York a few yers back. ...

I downloaded it, and installed it... upon launch it gave me two dialog boxes asking for a nickname... It then crashed and died when i tried to connect... Okay... weird, I go and delete it, and install another one (install after downloading a new copy)... This one doesnt ask for a nickname, but never connects to a server. Just wondering if thats like that for everyone...

until now there was no big announcement with this technology. even one year ago, i waited for the apple keynote announcing a cool tv product at mwsf ... nothing ... nada ... niente ... nix ... ...

The only thing that gives this rumor a thread of believability is that all the other rumors have leaked only upgrdes to iLife, FCE, mini ipods, etc...The tech & business world tunes into S. Jobs each January and Apple uses the MWSF platform to jawdrop with the "next big thing". From what I have read, the other expected announcements (mini ipods, etc..) amount to "nice" but...

MacOSX.com is looking for anyone going to MacWorld willing to take some pictures and or write a little about what things were like.
