If you're still running Tiger or earlier (not Leopard), you can twiddle with ShapeShifter, which is the de facto way to "skin" Mac OS X. It's been known to cause many problems (actually, it's the "Application Enhancer" that gets installed alongside ShapeShifter that's the culprit most times). :) http://unsanity.com/haxies/shapeshifter

Boot Camp won't work anymore on Tiger. You'll need Leopard for that. Still, you should be able to use rEFIt in order to run multiple operating systems on your Mac mini. ...
