You want "Open Directory" services running. Use "Workgroup Manager" to add/remove users and groups. Use "Directory Utility" (Leopard) or "NetInfo Manager" (Tiger) on the client machines to "bind" them to your Open Directory server. You can't upgrade install from Tiger to Leopard, you have to install from the appropriate disk. What disk did you use for the Leopard install? ...

You'll have to install them first... What file format are they in? .exe, .dmg? What OS (operating system) do you have and your computer specs? Tiger, Leopard? In addition to asking here, you might want to try going to the support or file help section of whatever website you downloaded them from... and a separate question, what cool games did you get?
