New MacPro & Windows XP

I recently set up XP on a new MacPro 2.8ghz, however the keyboard doesnt seem to recognize a majority of the inputs. When trying to install multi-disk software or burn and encode movies in XP it wont let me eject the disk. Is there a specific Bootcamp version that does allow this? other simple inputs such as the volume keys do not input aswell. hm...kind of...
