Scanner compatibility check

It all depends on the software you want to use I guess. My CannoScan 640U is "not supported" because it doesnt have the TWAIN drivers for Mac to let Image Capture or whatever it's called access it. Doesnt mean it doesnt work. I use VueScan normally, works like a charm. ...
