VMware have now released Fusion 2.0 for OS X. I'm impressed to read that 2.0 will be a free upgrade to all 1.x users. :) The release notes list the new additions, which include:

Yes, I would agree. My thoughts were about whether or not Apple might try to modify the fan usage as Dell had, although it does not actually solve the problem. If only one could download hardware updates as well...... :)

I use a macbook pro with leopard and my battery health, under system profiler, is jumping from about 3016 mAh to like 4800 mAh randomly, sometimes it runs for four hours and when it is at its lowest it goes down to less than two hours. I just calibrated my battery and it remains jumpy and inconsistent. Sometimes i have 30 percent left and it randomly turns off and someitmes it...
