According to Microsoft, they say that it's due to a corrupt CarbonLib file in Mac OS X, and to contact Apple support about the issue: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842646 Realistically, though, you might want to try downloading the 10.4.3 Combo Updater and running that -- it may very well fix the CarbonLib file... it's quite hefty, though, at over 100MB, so broadband...
