Omnigraffle Trial

Macromedia Fireworks isn't free, but they have a free trial on their web site http://www.macromedia.com and I think it is THE easiest to use graphics editing program. (that and OmniGraffle) :-)

Go do a Get Info on your Applications folder etc, as mentioned by davidbrit, its most likely that it has a plethora of preinstalled goodies.
