Os X Initialize Disk Ignore

I'm using an iMac OS X 10.2.8. ...

Since then, I haven't been able to mount my external. Funny thing, my System profiler acknowledges it, my Disk Utility acknowledges it and so does Disk Warrior. However, the OS doesn't detect it...
